Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Storycat Academy, we value the commitment learners make when joining our programs. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before enrolling.


1. Course Enrollment Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests made within 7 days of enrollment (before the course start date) are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after the course has commenced are not eligible for a refund.


2. Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Non-attendance or missed classes by the learner

  • Accessing course materials and then requesting cancellation

  • Removal from the program due to misconduct or policy violation

  • Requests made after the course completion


3. Rescheduling & Transfers

  • Learners may request to defer enrollment to a future batch (subject to seat availability and approval).

  • Transfer of course access to another individual is not permitted.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

  • Storycat Academy is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.


5. Academy Rights

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, learners may opt for a full refund or transfer to a future batch.
